Winter 2013 – GJ-Bu

Another one of these club anime…

… where the main male character is surrounded by girls.

Well, GJ-Bu is pretty much a series of comedy shorts. Each segment is like a short sketch depicting some random occurrence in their club. There’s a bit about changing lights, another about reading manga, another about playing chess, another about cup noodles…

… another about spiders, another about names, and another about societal hierarchy (or something like that). It’s largely light and relaxing. While not really mind-blowingly funny, it has a charm of its own. It seems like a decent series to pass the time and relax, although I doubt this would make it on the top of anyone’s must watch list.   Rating: 7/10 Points to Note
