Credible leaker kopite7kimi who has a respectable record of accuracy for their leaks has stated that NVIDIA’s RTX 40 series cards featuring Ada Lovelace architecture will arrive earlier, mentioning Q3 early as the target window.
Q3 early

This could spell a launch date of as early as July 2022 putting in very close proximity with Intel’s target window for launching its own Arc Alchemist GPUs.
This strategy can help NVIDIA attract more customers during Intel’s launch while stuffing their inventory until AMD’s own launch of Radeon 7000 later in the year. It is possible NVIDIA can extend the launch and stagger each model to prolong hype on their product as well as maintain enough lead time to allow suppliers and partners to create enough volume for the cards.
