RDNA3 debuts on mobile with AMD announcing their Radeon RX 7600M and Radeon RX 7600S discrete mobile GPUs. Unlike their desktop counterpart, the RDNA3 mobile parts are not chiplet-based and are whole monolith dies built on 6nm, not TSMC’s 5nm.
The GPUs sees multiple models as follows:
- Radeon RX 7600M XT – 75-120W
- Radeon RX 7600M – 50-90W
- Radeon RX 7700S – 75-100W
- Radeon RX 7600S –Â 50-75W
All the Radeon RX 7000 mobile CPUs will have 8GB of memory and wired to a 128-bit bus and features 32MB of Infinity Cache.
AMD’s performance charts pits their new mobile GPU against a desktop Geforce card in the form the RTX 3060 6GB and 12GB. The Radeon RX 7600M XT beats both cards at 1080p gaming baed on AMD’s internal tests.
AMD is making these GPUs available to partners and should land on partner laptops by February 2023.
