Those who are itching to get their hands on the latest Sony handheld device, be happy and rejoice! Sony head honcho, Jack Tretton finally released the US/EU release date for the PS VIta. The date, which is on February 22, 2011 was announced during Tretton’s bit at the Web 2.0 Summit, which was held at San Francisco.
Vita’s release library would includes, Sound Shapes, Resistance: Burning Skies, Uncharted Golden Abyss, Capcom’s Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3, Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed, EA Sports’ FIFA, Activision’s Call of Duty. Tretton promises that there would be more title announcements for the vita’s release date on the succeeding months so watch out for it.
With that said, it’s only a matter of time before we here get a taste of the Vita – so with a 2012 release date we still have enough time to save for that am I right?
