The NVIDIA RTX 3090 Ti was part of the CES line of announcements back in the start of January 2022 and was announced to be debuting at the end of January.
It is now the middle of February 2022 and there has been no updates regarding the status of the RTX 3090 Ti and NVIDIA has been quite mum in answering inquiries regarding the product.
Thankfully, The Verge is also interested about this and has also sent a request for update from NVIDIA to which NVIDIA’s Jen Andersson has finally responded with the following statement:
“We don’t currently have more info to share on the RTX 3090 Ti, but we’ll be in touch when we do”
Short and sweet but tells us nothing of the status of the card. NVIDIA was expected to release the card in the 27th of January but has not managed to do so. The RTX 3090 Ti is the most powerful RTX 30-series card featuring the entire GA-102-350 silicon. It is presumed that NVIDIA may be facing production issues or potentially design issues.
