We are just a little less than a week away from E3 2016, leaks and previews seem to increase internet traffic however one leak from GameStop may surely blow the fans of the Final Fantasy series as a new leak shows that Square Enix’s upcoming action RPG, Final Fantasy XV could be available on the PC/Windows platform alongside its console sooner than we think. One user from the NeoGAF forums caught glimpse of this and managed to save a copy of the image and if you look closer to the bottom right, you’re gonna see PC beside the PS4 and XBOXONE logos:
Credits to NeoGAF-er BernardoOne for managing to get the screenshot.
While it is not confirmed by Square Enix whether the game would be released on PC simultaneously although it was already hinted that it will appear alongside it after the console version has had its run, they surely have been trying to please PC gamers by re-releasing their previous games on Windows and with E3 just around the corner, who knows what other announcements they will bring.
On another note, Final Fantasy XII will be re-released on the PS4 next year as well with updated gameplay and visuals along with the changes done with the Japan-only released Final Fantasy XII: International Zodiac Job System integrated into it and will be titled: “Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age“.
