Square Enix has reached out to TweakTown regarding the previously published system requirements for the PC version of the highly acclaimed installation to the storied saga of Square Enix, Final Fantasy XV.
The PC version is being reworked from the ground-up to fully utilized modern PC gaming systems to fully convey the true feel of what it’s like to be in Noctis’ feet as he journeys with his friends in a well-crafted tale of friendship, determination and commitment.
“The recommended specs text that accompanied the Windows Edition trailer were posted in error and have since been removed,” a Square Enix representative told us. “The specs listed were not final as the game is still in development. We will officially publish both minimum and recommended specs for the game once we finish development, so that they are fully accurate.”

The initially circulated system requirements mentioned a recommend setup which consists of a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, 16GB of RAM, an Intel Core i7 or a Ryzen 7 processor and requires an installation space of 170GB.
Square Enix is now coming out to say this is completely false and with no mention of system requirements in the Steam page of the game nor the official site, there is currently no official requirements for the game.
Final Fantasy XV was launched initially on PS4 on a timed-exclusive agreement and is intended to be a franchise in itself containing content that span many platforms.
Final Fantasy XV for PC is scheduled for release early 2018.
