We present to you The House Always Wins Quest Line, this guide is brought to you by wikicheats.
The House Always Wins, Part I

This quest asks you to get the Platinum Chip from Benny and bring it to Mr. House. Getting the chip is the same goal as the Ring-A-Ding-Ding quest.
If you killed Benny this mission is easy. All you have to do is bring the Platinum Chip to Mr. House. He will show you what the chip does, and give you a demonstration in the basement. He will then tell you to go to Cesar’s camp at Cottonwood Docks. You’ll do this quest and “Render Unto Caesar” at the same time. When you come back you will then get the “Things That Go Boom” quest.
If you didn’t kill Benny, you won’t be able to complete this quest until after the “Render Unto Caesar” quest. Once you do, return to Mr. House and give him the chip. You will then get the “Things That Go Boom” quest.
House Always Wins, Part II
This quest is basically the same as the , same as the Render Unto Ceasar quest. Instead of destroying the bots, it asks you to upgrade them.
Things That Go Boom
Mr. House wants you to go to the Boomers and get them to support him for the upcoming battle. Most of the quest requires you completing the Volare! quest.
Getting to Nellis Air Force Base isn’t easy. From Vegas, there is a road that leads to the base entrance. Just before the base you will find a man named George standing on the road. He will warn you that the approach to the base is covered by artillery. The Boomers shoot at anyone who gets close to Nellis. Save your game before trying to enter Nellis. He offers to wager to you: he’ll give you a tip about how to make it into the base for 300 caps. If you do make it in, he will give you 600 caps. You can take him up on this wager if you want. His advice is to run from building to building while the artillery reloads. You can try this strategy, but a better option is to walk to the railroad to the south. This rail line skirts the outer edge of the artillery’s range. If you stay on the right side of the tracks and sprint, you will be able to make it to a tunnel. The tunnel is blocked, and there’s a locked door, but it is safe from the artillery. Keep following the tracks as they slowly turn to the north. You’ll come to a fence. Walk along the fence to the west (left). You’ll come to a gate, and when you get there you will be invited into the base.
