Ever heard of Elecom? They are actually a Japanese electronics company, headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Best known for their modern design, especially with their mice. I am familiar with a few of their mice like the transformer design like but I didn’t know that they’ll be a big company who plans to enter the gaming peripherals market.
They also manufacture USB flash drives, keyboards and many other peripheral devices. Though not very commonly seen, they control a large percent of the market share in Japan in various product categories. The company produces many electronics along with other Japanese computer peripheral manufacturers such as I-O Data, Buffalo, and Century micro that are shipped to many international and larger companies, as an OEM.
So before, I though Elecom is just some casual random company that wants to sell some typical devices but to my surprise, they’ve unveiled their latest gaming grade mice and I just happen to come across to one of their local stores that exhibits the upcoming MMO designed mice. Check it out!
The first two mice is probably their entry and mid level gaming mice that features 12+ programmable buttons. We were able to actually had a grip test and experience how these gaming mouse feels like.
And their most expensive gaming mouse would be the…
Just look at how many buttons it has. It has an estimated price of PHP4,000+. Specially designed for MMO gamers with a little bit of FPS on the side but mostly for gaming. Luckily, we had the chance to try the said mice but wasn’t able to actually test its performance.
Will this be a good mouse? Especially that it is made in Japan and not your usual “Made in China” devices. What do you guys think?
